Ellie is a stuffed elephant that belonged to Aunt Cakey in the online version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. In the online version, it used to belong to Aunt Cakey's dog, Rudy. Greg, according to a picture, once threw Ellie at Rudy's head and he just looked straight ahead. On a trip to Aunt Cakey's house, Greg got so bored he used Ellie for a game where he would see how far up he could throw her. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck, Ellie was given to Sweetie by Greg's Gramma, and Sweetie tore off Ellie's trunk, ears, and legs off the first day he had her. Greg refers to Ellie as a "Stuffed Bowling Pin" in Hard Luck.
