Mr. Worth (also known as Mr. Worthington in the online book) was Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson's history teacher. He appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the Class Clown short.
History[]
Diary of a Wimpy Kid[]
When Greg decides to try to pull a prank in order to win the "Class Clown" title in the yearbook, he starts trying to figure out how to sneak a thumbtack onto Mr. Worth's chair. One day, he announces that he has a dentist appointment the next day and that the class will have a substitute teacher, which makes Greg rethink his plan and decide to prank the sub, though his plan is foiled after he finds out that the substitute is his mother.[1]
After dropping his chalk during class, he says "Zoo-Wee-Mama!" in reference to Rowley's comic strip, which had debuted that day.[2]
Class Clown[]
In the Class Clown short, Mr. Worth appears when Greg puts a pin on his chair in class and Mr. Worth sits on it and silently burp along with something resembling the noise of a bottle of Coca-Cola opening, causing everyone to laugh and he gets angry at Greg.
