Terrence is the second cousin of Frank Heffley. He looked identical to Greg Heffley when he was Greg's age, which Greg finds to be depressing. He is not married, and as such he's part of the Bachelors.
When Greg is talking about all the members of his family, he says that the only reason that he mentions Terrence is because he always says that he used to look like Greg when he was younger. Greg looked through Gammie's photo album to see if it was true and it was. Greg says that he is going to save money for plastic surgery.[1]

- Given estimations made based off of the only illustration of him, Terrence is most likely between 5' 9" (175.26 cm) and 5' 10" (177.8 cm) tall. However, this is only conjecture, as his height has never been definitively stated within the series.
