The First Flush is the title of a video-tape of Greg Heffley's first flush (hence the name) in the online book.
Ann Heffley had recorded Greg's potty training including his first flush which Greg is regularly teased for by his brother, Rodrick Heffley, during Thanksgiving. Greg once threw the tape away but unfortunately for him, Rodrick had a duplicate copy. Years later, Greg recounts this memory when thinking about all the embarrassing videos recorded in the camera Rodrick is using to publicly record Greg singing We Three Trees at The Wizard of Oz play.[1]
