The Bachelors are a group created by Gammie consisting of every male member of the Heffley family who are single, or "bachelors" regardless of age. They all have to sleep in a single room at Gammie’s home at family gatherings or events, such as Uncle Gary's wedding.
Four members sleep on two beds, while the rest bundle up on the floor in sleeping bags.
Trivia[]
- Before Gary's wedding, John is the most recently departed member of the club, marrying the spring before. Greg believes John Heffley got married just because he didn't wanted to sleep with all the Bachelors.
- However it is implied Gary's third marriage was annulled or divorced, making John the most recent departure without going back.
